Roeslein Alternative Energy Statement on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

This statement comprises the slavery and human trafficking statement of Roeslein Alternative Energy in accordance with Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. RAE is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensure that its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.

RAE expects its vendors and suppliers to operate with the highest principles and requires compliance with employment laws and regulations around the globe, including equal opportunity, child labor, freedom of association, forced or compulsory labor, workplace discrimination and health and safety laws. RAE has a zero-tolerance policy for noncompliance with these kinds of laws and regulations, and the company will not support or engage in dealings with those found to be in violation of any such laws and regulations.

With respect to human trafficking and slavery, RAE generally does not verify product supply chain practices, audit supplier compliance, require supplier certification, maintain separate accountability standards, or provide training for its management and employees except for general training with respect to the company’s standard policies and practices.
